Idaho State representative Christy Zito sponsors a bill that would end Daylight Savings in Idaho. The bill was unanimously approved by the House State Affairs Committee. Representative Zito cites health and safety concerns as a reason to abandon daylight savings. Similar legislation has been introduced in the past and did not get too far.
